Our mission is to level the professional playing field, to create a world of work where nobody is at a competitive disadvantage. 

We are Roar, an inclusive training business that specialises in empowering teams to hit their professional goals, through full day workshops and 1-2-1 coaching. We believe passionately that when individuals are empowered to voice their ideas, when every employee feels relevant and when positive relationships are nurtured within teams, business performance is greatly improved.

Research from Gallup shows that businesses whose employees are engaged, defined as involved in, enthusiastic about and committed to their work, achieve 59% lower employee turnover. Engaged employees care more about the services they offer, which results in a 40% reduction in quality defects. Highly engaged business units achieve a 10% increase in customer metrics and a 20% increase in sales. 

When taken together, the behaviors of highly engaged business units result in 21% greater profitability.

This research also shows that focusing on surveys, data and online programs doesn’t cut it. Humans need authenticity. To feel driven, excited, positively challenged, heard, respected and valued.
