Video: One common belief that could be holding you back

Video transcript

many of us and believe

me, like up in there, too.

So many of us will shrink ourselves,

make ourselves small to avoid

judgement as humans. It's so normal

for us to go. I don't want

to be seen. I don't want to be seen

because if I'm seeing that,

I'll get judged. And yet maybe

he will. But you won't be seen.

One of the things I've I've observed

is often where perhaps not

even that. Afraid if if we really

did it, is if we really got

success. We're afraid of how people

will think of us were afraid.

If we get too big, too successful,

too confident, people won't

like his anymore. We can often keep

ourselves small because we're

worried that actually are brightness.

Our success might make

other people feel bad about them.

So if you're one of those people

who perhaps subconsciously, maybe

we don't even know we're doing

it, but avoids really going from

giving all you can give and

being all you can be. Because you're

worried that somehow you

might offend your friends or your

family or people might not

like you anymore. I want you

to know you're just a living,

breathing example for other people

can do. So when you start

living fully and going for and really

being the fullest expression

of yourself, you give other people

permission to do the same.

And, yeah, maybe we'll lose some

people on the way. But you'll

gain a lot more, mainly the respect

of yourself. Come join me.

Good luck.
