Our Inclusivity Policy

Roar training.

We are aware that the world is not as linear as “male” and “female”, and a lot of our events are structured in this way, primarily for ease of distinction and communication. We are committed to helping to create an inclusive environment for all women, including transgender women, which is free from discrimination, harassment or victimisation. Those who currently identify as women are welcome in the women’s training, and conversely, those who actively identify as men are welcome in the male allies training.

We do not yet offer workshops specifically for trans or non binary support, though this is an area we hope to expand to in the future, please see:
